At TheFlowerGuys, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we have a straightforward refund policy to ensure that our customers are fairly treated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to provide us with photos or other evidence to support your claim. We will review your request and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
1. The flowers are damaged or defective upon delivery.
2. The wrong item was delivered.
3. The order was not delivered on the specified delivery date.
If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will process the refund within 7 business days of the approval of your request. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to make the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card or store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been delivered and accepted by the recipient. If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
